SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sell and market the Company's advertising services, LED advertising and other new products
  • Prospecting clients, initiate sales calls, increasing the Company's client database, making presentations and complying the Company's sales quota requirements.
  • Follow up accounts receivables from clients and assist Billing and Collection Department in coordinating with difficult clients.
  • Maintain a high level of service to Company's clients
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned to by the Sales Manager and/or President & General Manager consistent with the generating business for the Company.
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales, Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Has the driven to sell and learn.
  • Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
SITE CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

  • Site Civil Engineer reports directly to the Assistant Manager for Engineering
  • Directs, supervises and coordinates all activities in the construction of new projects.
  • Performs daily monitoring of projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the approved structural plans and design of steel structures (w/ respect to quantity of material used & quality of work, among others) with the objective of building cost-efficient, safe and long lasting structures.
  • Responsible for monitoring the construction, retrofitting and maintenance of all steel structures in accordance with approved plans and policies, ensuring safety and structural integrity.
  • Responsible for monitoring the status of the projects to ensure proper delivery according to the approved schedule.
  • Prepares daily/weekly accomplishment and progress reports.
  • Prepares project documentation, such as CAD drawings, project specifications, and schedules for construction.
  • Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
  • Performs site inspections of actual structure to verify with as-built plans.
  • Assist in the inspection of sites concerning regular maintenance and new construction.
  • Collating and arranging all plans intended for permits, bidding & construction purposes.
  • Work in close coordination with Site Acquisition’s requirements.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager consistent with the operation of the Company
Job Qualifications:
  1. Must be a graduate and licensed Civil Engineer.
  2. Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in building construction particularly steel structures. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Willing to be assigned all over Metro Manila.
  4. With good communication skills both written and oral English.
  5. Must be able to interpret, generate and implement plans, and deliver the projects.
  6. Must be able to generate accurate BOQ.
  7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package, ACAD, Primavera or MS Project. STAAD is a plus.
  8. Honest, Hardworking, Healthy, Trustworthy and excellent team-player
  9. Male, not more than 30 years old
  10. Must have a Driver’s License
DRIVER

Job Description:

  • ┬áPrepare and conduct thorough vehicle checklist inspection before use of the vehicle
  • Plan route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement.
  • Transport employees and guests to and from various destinations and to assist them on entry and exit from vehicle as necessary .
  • Fulfill special requests of the office by picking up and delivering items as directed.
  • Maintain passengers confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
  • Abide by the Asst. Manager for Admin and Procurement and vehicle scheduling.
  • Monitor vehicle periodic maintenance and registratio.
  • Conducts good manner of driving
  • Report all accidents and incidents involving the vehicle
  • Report road safety hazards noted in route
  • Perform such tasks which Management may require from time to time
