SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sell and market the Company's advertising services, LED advertising and other new products
  • Prospecting clients, initiate sales calls, increasing the Company's client database, making presentations and complying the Company's sales quota requirements.
  • Follow up accounts receivables from clients and assist Billing and Collection Department in coordinating with difficult clients.
  • Maintain a high level of service to Company's clients
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned to by the Sales Manager and/or President & General Manager consistent with the generating business for the Company.
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales, Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Has the driven to sell and learn.
  • Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
TREASURY ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and ensure all checks and check vouchers are properly signed by the signatories.
  2. Responsible in checking/verifying check vouchers & respective attachments  are being marked  “PAID”.
  3. Responsible in recording of cash/check deposit  to respective banks for preparation of cash position.
  4. Responsible for the proper filing and retrieving of check vouchers, Sales Invoice, Official Receipts and Journal Entries.
  5. Prepares & updates schedule of  Weekly Unreleased check & check disbursement.
  6. Responsible for releasing of checks
  7. Handles the preparation of journal entries of  client Creditable Withholding Tax & Advances to Supplier (Meralco).
  8. Ensure the ontime payment for company utility bills such as Meralco,Water, PLDT, etc. & payment for site owner’s rental.
  9. Responsible in preparation and releasing of suppliers/site owners Creditable Withholding Tax(BIR 2307).
  10. Encoding of check disbursement to Quickbooks.
  11. Monthly encoding of purchases with ( Official Receipts) to BIR VAT relief system.
  12. Encoding of Check Disbursement/Sales Invoices/Journal Entries to Quickbooks (Stat).
  13. Filing of Official Receipts, Sales Invoices & Journal Entries (Stat).
  14. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior/management from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
BILLING & COLLECTION ASSISTANT

Job Description:
  1. Prepares the following billing:
    • Sales Invoice
    • Other billing (Roll up/roll down fee, Advertising material, Additional electricity)
  2. Prepares attachments for billing:
    • Contract / PO
    • Pictures
  3. Review invoice details before signing, printing and delivery
  4. Prepares photo schedule of the photographer
  5. Printing of photos and attachment
  6. Encodes sales invoice on AR compliance (Excel File)
  7. Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
  8. File accountable forms
  9. Provides assistance to the Billing & Collection Supervisor and Assistant Manager
  10. Perform other relates duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any Business related course with Accounting Background
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • With integrity, credibility strong work ethics
  • Good typing skills and computer literate
MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Designs and develops multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound and/or content for clients’ use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, online tutorials, websites, CDs, DVDs, and other electronic media;
  2. Designs  interfaces;
  3. Develops layout design and concept, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials to be used;
  4. Writes complex application code to create engaging animations using Flash
  5. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss briefs/requirements and/or project progress
  6. Making technical recommendations
  7. Producing, demonstrating and receiving feedback about ideas
  8. Creating multimedia designs with programmers, writers, video producers, and 3d artist
  9. Developing and using skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, In Design  After Effects and Illustrator
  10. Keeping up-to-date with technological and software developments
  11. Testing products for errors and making amendments
  12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or President & General Manager consistent with the operation of the company.

DIGITAL & TECHNICAL PLANNING SUPPORT

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle photo and video operation of all digital client materials that are running in all digital sites on-site on a daily basis. 
  2. Handle external and internal cleaning maintenance of all digital sites on-site
  3. Ensure that all digital players’ external features in clean condition.
  4. Support in monitoring the quality of all digital sites and checks if unit is in running condition.
  5. Support in handling major and minor troubleshooting activity of Technology Planning Support personnel on all digital sites.
  6. Accomplishment of reports such as digital client material monitoring and photo request report and update needed by immediate supervisor or officer
  7. Perform such other tasks, roles and responsibilities which management may require from time to time.
